Since 1993, we have provided high quality basement finishing, concrete sealing, and computer design services for metro Atlanta area homeowners. All projects are completed in a reasonable time frame and our estimated pricing is honest and straightforward.

We stand behind our work. All work is inspected and all mechanical work (HVAC, plumbing & electrical) is completed by state licensed & insured specialists who complete all the work to code. Simply put, if there is ever an issue which requires our attention and needs repair, we'll take care it.

    
Our company is unique in that we apply a penetrating sealer to all concrete surfaces, included in every basement we finish. We also seal 200 plus basements per year at 90 cents per square foot, as a separate stand alone service (concrete walls are sealed free of charge). Our concrete sealer first penetrates up to 4 inches, then expands and seals the concrete from within to permanently reduce both water vapor and radon gas penetration. This is an odorless, non toxic, non flammable, non hazardous, commercial grade product not available in stores. It's also solvent free and environmentally safe. This application is an absolute must and it's the best way to protect your investment and the health of your family. Failure to stop the water vapor issue can cause a mold and mildew condition and a loss of your investment. And, according to the EPA, radon gas is the leading cause of lung cancer after cigarette smoking!
