In addition to our basement finishing service, we also offer HANDYMAN SERVICES at very reasonable prices. All work is performed in house by our full time staff of handymen, and all have a minimum of 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial applications. We can fix just about anything that might come up, and specialize in finding solutions to problems by thinking outside the box.  Age and experience are important attributes, but what truly makes a good handyman is the ability to solve problems in a timely, cost effective manner, and make repairs that will last and endure.  Our reputation is on the line each and every time we service our customers, so "band-aids" are not an option for us. In fact, if one of our repairs fails to last, we'll come back and make it right, free of charge. We've never had to do that.

      While costs can vary, we generally charge $50.00 per hour for our labor, and the material costs are extra of course.

      We try to diagnose problems over the phone, but if we need to see the issue in person in order to determine potential costs, there is a $30.00 minimum trip charge to cover our time and expenses. This is a real value since many handyman companies will charge from $60.00 to well over $100.00 per hour for just the labor. Really.
