Our company is unique in that we apply a treatment to all concrete surfaces in the basement which seals the concrete to permanently reduce both water vapor and radon gas penetration. This is an odorless, non toxic, penetrating (up to 4 inches), commercial grade product not available in stores. This application is absolutely necessary and the only way to protect your investment and the health of your family. Failure to stop the water vapor issue can cause a mold and mildew condition and a loss of your investment. And according to the EPA, radon gas is the leading cause of lung cancer after cigarette smoking!
We feel so strongly about the moisture & radon issue, and the performance of our product, that we are even willing to apply this product for homeowners finishing the basement themselves, or even if they hire another company to do the work.
